Hunan Huayun Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. 2023-2025 Annual Production of Education Integration, School-enterprise Cooperation Planning

According to the spirit and requirements of the Notice on the Construction and Cultivation of Production-education Integrated Enterprises, No. 1013 of Hunan Development Reform Society (2022), and the Public Notice on the List of the third Batch of Production-education Integrated Enterprises to be built and Cultivated in Hunan Province, our company has been approved as a pilot enterprise of Production-education integrated enterprises in the third batch of construction and cultivation in Hunan Province.

In order to further do a good job in the cultivation of pilot enterprises with integration of production and education in Hunan Province, the 2023-2025 plan for integration of education and school-enterprise cooperation is formulated.

 

I. Planning Purpose

We will fully implement the guiding principles of the Party’s 20th National Congress and the National Education Congress, make overall and integrated arrangements for education, science and technology, and human resources, promote the effective integration of vocational education and industrial economic development, and promote the coordination and integration of human training and growth with economic and social development, industrial transformation and upgrading. We will promote higher education to comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent training, train top-notch innovative talents, serve regional economic and social development, and optimize its structure and layout. Strive to after a year of construction and cultivation period, into the integration of production and education enterprise certification directory, and become a strong leading demonstration effect of benchmarking enterprises.

 

II. Planning Content

Hunan Hua Yun Electronics Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises, in the past three years through the mode of cooperation with colleges and universities, the use of capital, technology, knowledge, facilities, management and other elements, in personnel training, training base, discipline, teaching curriculum construction and technology research and development aspects of stable school-enterprise cooperation specific content, form and goal to make planning, and according to carry out related work.

 

III. Planning Measures

1. Carry out in-depth integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation with relevant colleges and universities, personnel training, teaching resources development, teaching and professional standards formulation, joint construction and sharing of practice and training bases, scientific research project cooperation, new technology and new product research and development, professional ability improvement of school-enterprise staff, training of school-enterprise tutors, etc. Including but not limited to computer applications, software applications, stamping and plastic molding equipment, numerical control technology and application, machinery manufacturing, electronic science and technology, electrical and automation and other fields, specifically can choose one or more of the following measures to implement:

A) Carry out “order-type” student training. In the process of talent training, both parties jointly determine the talent training plan. The school will carry out targeted theoretical learning and skill training according to the actual needs of our company, and select qualified students for on-the-job internship after the training under normal production and operation conditions. After the internship, qualified students can work in the company according to the company’s employment policy.

B) Establish a training base. Both parties reach an agreement to jointly carry out product research and development cooperation, establish a technology research and development center, promote collaborative innovation and achievement conversion with enterprises as the main body, and realize resource sharing.

C) Building a professional teaching team. Teaching and research personnel of colleges and universities and business backbone of our company will jointly explore teaching design, guide the development of teaching materials, compile training materials, etc., deepen the reform of “introducing enterprises into education”, and strengthen the construction of teacher-production integrated team.

 

IV. Plan Goals

1. Jointly build more than 1 industrial college with higher/vocational colleges;

2. Build more than 3 disciplines and majors through the form of order class, and train no less than 100 skilled talents in three years;

3. Co-construction of production, education and integration training base ≥1, co-construction of famous teacher studios ≥2;

4. Establish a team of more than 10 teachers integrating production and education.

 

V. Safeguard Measures

1. Organization guarantee

A school-enterprise cooperation committee has been established, an irregular meeting mechanism has been established, the areas and directions of cooperation have been discussed, the general ideas and major projects of school-enterprise cooperation have been studied, and coordination and communication between school-enterprise work have been strengthened.

2. Quality control

Based on the concept of total quality management, multi-objective management is implemented, based on the construction of standards and system, based on the process and results of school-enterprise cooperation, a quality assurance management mechanism is formed, and a quality culture with self-discipline and professional spirit is cultivated.

3. Publicity of results

Extensively publicize the achievements of school-enterprise cooperation, improve the influence of production-education integration, comprehensively summarize the experience, practices, achievements and the progress of platform construction of production-education integration of school-enterprise cooperation, and actively publicize it, so as to expand the social influence and popularity of production-education integration.
